il change log è quello che ho postato qualche messaggio fa, in cui viene spiegato cosa cambia da un aggiornamento del forum all'altro (dalla 2.1.4 alla 2.1.5)

@liuk: magari una tempesta magnetica.. purtroppo quei cazzoni di Aruba, che paghiamo, hanno sempre dei problemi ai server..

Recupero questa discussione per comunicare che abbiamo aggiornato il forum. Non ci sono novità rilevanti, solo qualche errore corretto.
Domani ripristineremo il random topic e tutte le statistiche in basso dell'home page.

ho aggiornato la lista dei bot, quindi se vedete strana gente nella lista degli utenti collegati non panicate!!!! sono motori di ricerca che indicizzano i contenuti del forum

Forum aggiornato. Niente di nuovo, ma tanti bug fix dietro le quinte.
Dovrebbe essere almeno migliorata la faccenda dei login che strippano, avvertirò per email quelli che avevano problemi e che ci hanno contattato.

Noterete la mancanza dei mod che avevamo aggiunto (es. random topic, gli utenti online oggi, video nel profile...). E' un mia scelta in risposta alle scarse prestazioni del forum: voglio testare la velocità di navigazione nel forum senza modifiche e poi applicarle una alla volta a distanza di tempo e ripetere le misurazioni. Se il colpevole è tra i mod dovremmo accorgercene tutti.

Ovviamente per i problemi tecnici questo è il topic giusto (IMG:http://www.ferraraforum.it/style_emoticons/default/icon_cool.gif)

Non so se sia questo il caso, spesso nei forum ad alto traffico la cosa che genera molti problemi è la ricerca, perchè mi par di ricordare che andasse a creare file temporanei molto pesanti nei server.
Al massimo potreste provare a limitare, come succede spesso, la ricerca con un massimo ad esempio di 1 al minuto, con un timer interno.
Ma magari non centra niente eh..
